2008 Viognier       $20.00 

Enjoy our first vintage of Viognier from our estate vineyard!  On the nose you will find aromas of honey and violet followed by flavors of pineapple and overripe apricot that will dance in your mouth.  This Viognier is a perfect match will grilled fish or chicken.

55% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc

Our Severino Red is what we drink everyday.  On the nose you will find hints of raspberry, vanilla, spice and cinnamon.  Your palate will discover bright fruit flavors of dark black cherry and cranberry with hints of vanilla.  As our Severino Red finishes you will be delighted with the lingering flavors.  The balance of fruit, oak, acidity and tannins make this a very easy drinking red....suitable for everyone....EVERYDAY!!

2005 Syrah       $25.00

This Syrah offers flavors of black cherry, boysenberry and pepper with smooth supple texture and soft tannins.  An excellant way to relax at the end of your day. 

2005 Merlot       $22.00

This Merlot opens with dark cherry, vanilla, raspberry and mocha.  The balanced acidity and tannins make your mouth scream with delight.  The lingering berries, spice and black pepper on your palate finish this wine, making you want to fill your glass again (and again).

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon       $25.00

One to drink now and one to keep for a special occasion.  Our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of blackberry, vanilla and slight hints of carmel.  Once it hits your lips you will find flavors of green-pepper, dark cherry, raspberry and mint.  The hints of raspberry and vanilla along with the balanced tannins and acidity make this wine easy to enjoy.
